As Managing Partner, Wes focuses on advising organizations undergoing periods of considerable change, whether a rapidly growing startup or middle-market restructuring. While executive search is the crux of his work, he also provides advisory services to his clients such as fund formation, organizational development and restructuring, as well as, team and cultural assessments.
